Apparently I don't use sweet potatoes often enough to keep one in my pantry! I mean, I've gotten eyes on potatoes before, but none of them have ever grown leaves!
That's impressive. I don't think they've gotten quite that far along in our pantry yet... but we've had some significant growth from our 20lbs or Costco potatoes [smile].
