If Anyone Still Bothers To Check Here...

(In order to alleviate the boredom you are sure to feel when reading this post, I've included some "oldie but goodie" pictures (circa 2004) as a feast for your eyes.  Totally free, folks.)

So I've been silent for a while.  There are a few reasons why:
  • My kids have been sick.
  • I got 4 embroidery orders all at once. (Woo-Hoo!)
  • I went to JoAnn's.  Three times.
  • I've been trying to finish planning our school year.
  • I've been on strike.
  • Doesn't Aaron look so cute?  He enjoyed playing at the park in the suburbs of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
  • I've been contemplating the effects of global warming.
  • I've had a headache.
  • I've been reading.
  • I wrote a commentary on the book of Lamentations.
  • I've had nothing to write about.
  • Here we are visiting Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau, Alaska.  We actually got to walk on part of the glacier!
  • I've been reading the healthcare bill.
  • I've been watching movies.
  • I've been selling jewelry.
  • I've slept.
  • I've been going to the gym again.
In all seriousness, I am still trying to figure out my schedule now that I am working part time.  The days just seem to fly by.  I do have some things I've wanted to post about, though.  Does that count for anything?
Aaron felt it was his duty to make sure we were all safe in the airplane on the flight home!

I have missed reading updates here... but of course, I assumed I was too busy and had just missed them.

The Joann's excuse is a good and valid excuse. The rest don't count. ;)

I would give you grief but my blog lacks some serious attention too. I did enjoy the 2004 pics...very nice. Hope the kids get to feeling better soon.

All the pictures are relating to a vacation. Wonder what that means...

I have to wonder about my kids sometimes. Lily was looking at the picture of Andrew in the grass and she says, "Mom, is that a dog?" I just looked at her like she had morphed into an alien or something, "No, that a baby boy, Lily." All she could come up with after that was, "Oh." Weird, strange child.

Yes, we've had both Lily and Anna checked out. Both normal.

My part time job is that I am working for Premier Designs Jewelry - so I get to go to people's houses, show the jewelry to all their friends, and give them lots of free jewelry for hosting the show! I am having loads of fun, but I do have to dedicate time to it every day. My shows are in evenings or on weekends, so that is when Jerry is home, but the work in between of keeping in contact with the hostesses, customers, and training takes 1-3 hours a day.

At home businesses are very time consuming! Have you really been reading the health care bill and writing a commentary on Lamentations? ;)

I hope you all are feeling better now :)

I like the pics :)
