Do you ever eat a green smoothie?  I used to be scared of the thought, until I tried this recipe! If you are looking for a quick, filling meal replacement, you should give this one a try!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 3 oz baby spinach leaves
• 5 oz (about 7-10) frozen strawberries
• 1 heaping TB cocoa powder
• 20 drops stevia, or 2 pkts sweetener of choice
• 1 cup water

Blend the ingredients until smooth and enjoy! Because of the strong flavors of strawberries and cocoa powder, you cannot taste the spinach.  However, if you use a different fruit or mature spinach leaves, you can.

We studied mollusks today. Here we are sanding shells to see what kind of shell it is.

I'm not sure why I'm even posting here because nearly everyone I know is on FB. So it's FB's fault that I never post on this blog anymore. Go find Zuckerberg and kick his butt. Because I think in pictures, here are some to jog my memory.
