Do you want to study the aardvark? No problem - they have a page for that.
Interested in the spotted salamander? You're in luck! There's a page for that, too.
I am really enjoying planning the year using Galloping the Globe. I think it is such a great book, I'm giving one away here! Hey, maybe this is one giveaway I can actuallly win!!
I think that obviously my favorite homeschool resource is Susan Wise-Bauer's book The Well-Trained Mind.
Since this is my blog, too I guess it doesn't count if I put a post up about your giveaway, eh? ;)
Okay, I posted it on FB. I don't tweet.
Your plan for the year sounds great! I like it when you have a frame of reference you can hang everything else on. My favorite resource is Ordinary Parents Guide to Teaching Reading - kids are amazing readers when they finish that!
Wow, that is so cool. It seems wierd to be planning for school already but I guess I am more of a fly by the seat of my pants kinda girl.
My favorite websites have been 1+1+1=1 and homeschool share. Since I tend to do more topic studies, I can pick a book off their list, check it out from the library and make it a unit. I also use a lot of the printables on both of the sites.
