Apparently I don't use sweet potatoes often enough to keep one in my pantry! I mean, I've gotten eyes on potatoes before, but none of them have ever grown leaves!
That's impressive. I don't think they've gotten quite that far along in our pantry yet... but we've had some significant growth from our 20lbs or Costco potatoes [smile].

Oh garsh! When I first saw this I thought it was a cocoon with some sort of fungus growing out of it. Guess I've been watching too much Planet Earth!
