Tuesday Morning Randomness

The after-dinner clean-up is always a little bit intimidating around here.
The two oldest like to get Lily involved. They pick her up and help her "put away" dishes, especially the silverware. I find things in the oddest places though. It's nice to give this most hated of jobs away to the kids who think it's fun. Now for the folding of clothes. Yuck.

Easter. What's with that look on Ella's face. I don't get it.

And that's as random as it gets. I'm coming up blank otherwise. The getting up early thing is kicking my rear. My brain function is severely retarded. Maybe it's because I have not fed it coffee this morning. But I'm about to take care of that.

Brew the coffee immediately upon waking. Heck, do like me and prep the coffee pot the night before. Then all I have to do is switch it on when I wake up!

And I think Ella is adorable.

Oh, you will get used to waking up. I can't even sleep in if I try to. My body wakes up whether I want it to or not!

Prepping the coffee the night before is a great idea. Just switching it on takes far less brain power than going through all the coffee motions. Then I could send some to work with Del, too. I bet he'd like that.

I'm a little paranoid of waking the children with the coffee pot, or other projects. Hopefully I will get over that soon. Thankfully, folding laundry is a fairly quiet affair.

Ella is adorable, thank you for agreeing with me. ;)

I cannot wait until my kids are old enough to take care of more of the after dinner clean up. I detest it myself...which explains why I was cleaning the kitchen from last night's dinner today at 3:00pm. Oops.

I love your Easter picture. We didn't take one. Not sure why.

I used to prep coffee the night before. I have a machine that I can set what time I want it to brew and it will even turn itself on for me and get it done. Now that's what you need on an early morning. I want to get back to getting up early. Andrew is getting better and better the longer he is on the medicine, which means he is getting more predictable. He even took 2 naps in a crib today!! Go crazy! Soon, I will be joining you on the early morning schedule, sister!

That is WONDERFUL that Andrew is doing so much better. I bet you're almost sane by now.
